Is DOMParser namespace aware?

Hi,

maybe the question seems superfluous, but:

Is org.apache.excalibur.xml.dom.DOMParser namespace aware?

(The corresponding j2sdk class, javax.xml.parsers.DocumentBuilder, can be 
namespace aware or not; this is why I'm asking.)
