[jira] Created: (TUSCANY-1893) Axis timeout settings are hardcoded at 2 minutes

Axis timeout settings are hardcoded at 2 minutes
------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TUSCANY-1893
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TUSCANY-1893
             Project: Tuscany
          Issue Type: Improvement
Components: Java SCA Axis Binding Extension
    Affects Versions: Java-SCA-1.0
         Environment: Windows/Tomcat, Windows/Websphere, Solaris/Websphere
            Reporter: Sunny Ip
            Priority: Minor

The Axis timeout settings should be configurable. A team member put in a quick hack to expose the timeout field as public static. Will attach the class to this issue.
