+1 for fixing the hangup on restart then doing a release.


By the way, maybe this is for bug-compatibility, but I think it's
strange to have the default DefaultType be text/html, I would have put
text/plain (#define DEFAULT_TYPE "text/plain" in httpd.h).


Also, a minor nit about the Web page : couldn't you use <HR> instead of
<IMG ALIGN="bottom" SRC="docs/images/graybar.gif" ALT=""> ?  I mean, why
use the image of a gray bar when you can have one with <HR> ?  Plus, it
is slightly faster do download, and it also works with lynx and
emacs-w3.
Then again, I don't like colored bullets either...
