[mod_perl-2.0.0-RC6] make test successful

mod_perl-2.0.0-RC6 + perl 5.8.3 + apache 2.0.45 prefork "make test"
successfully on Solaris 9 on Sun sparc (Ultra-5_10).

I don't have much time as I have final at 8am tomorrow, but I'll at 
least run the test suite on FreeBSD w/ perl 5.8.7, apache 2.0.54
 and mp2 preview tonight.
