[jira] Created: (HBASE-3439) Increment operations should support
setting a TimeRange per family
Increment operations should support setting a TimeRange per family
------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: HBASE-3439
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-3439
Project: HBase
Issue Type: New Feature
Affects Versions: 0.90.0
Reporter: Jonathan Gray
Assignee: Jonathan Gray
Fix For: 0.92.0
An optimization was added to Increment operations that allowed you to specify a TimeRange for the operation. We have a case where some families in a row are "hourly" counters but others are "lifetime" counters. We need to be able to specify different TimeRanges for each family.
