For Centos 6.5 this worked for me:
git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=thrift.git;a=blob;\
f=doc/install/centos.md;hb=HEAD

It is linked in this document:
http://thrift.apache.org/docs/install/centos

The description in this document is too short. You have to install a new
version of bison etc.
