[ANN] Apache Jena 2.7.3 and Jena Fuseki 0.2.4 Release

We are pleased to announce Apache Jena 2.7.3 and Jena Fuseki 0.2.4

This is primarily a maintenance release to address various minor bugs and to take the opportunity to remove various deprecated classes/methods from the APIs
