Netbeans Nightly builds

Hi,

quick question:

is there any big differences between the daily nightly-builds from 
netbeans.org and Git Apache Incubator Netbeans?

Seems we are having two developments running in place.

Apache NetBeans is what you should be using as far as possible, though it consists of the 1st donation only, which you can extend via plugins, while the one at netbeans.org is the full NetBeans distro, including the parts that have not been donated yet.
