Kristian -- I have this ready to check in.  But first, a couple of things:

- we've changed the license for SA, and I need to check that you are happy with
your code going in under the new license (the Apache Standard License 2.0). 
Please take a look at http://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.html and give
me your "yes" or "no" ;)

- secondly, and less urgently -- it would be very useful to have a regression
test script, something like "t/ldap.t", which will test SA against an LDAP
server.  Otherwise, there's a good chance this code will "rot" vs the rest of
the codebase, and it's a good thing to avoid that.

Anyway, most urgent is the first.  As I said, it's ready to check in and seems
to be working, but I need signoff on that.
