Latest News not updated

In https://flex.apache.org/ "*Latest news*" section is not updated to show
Apache FlexUnit release.

The Apache CMS is currently down (and has been since Wednesday), so the
updates we've made to the website are not live.  They should (hopefully) be
updated sometime today.

I believe the bot which puts the site content together is not functioning ATM.  But there is content waiting in the staging area.  I'm sure when the bot is working again it will update itself.
