Become a part of the maven central repository

Hello!

We are strong enough company with a few interesting Java OpenSource projects.

Company Info:
Name: Anotheria
OpenSource Projects: http://opensource.anotheria.net/
Maven Repository: http://nexus.anotheria.net/nexus/content/groups/public/net/anotheria/

Goal:
We are interested in becoming an approved Forge. The main goal is so our OpenSource projects (for the first time it will be http://www.configureme.org/) can be reachable for everybody from the Maven Central Repository here http://search.maven.org/.

Please provide us what is the acceptance criteria for these and steps we need to do.
