[jira] [Created] (CLOUDSTACK-7695) cache disk policy not recording
into the database
Thierry Bernard created CLOUDSTACK-7695:
-------------------------------------------
Summary: cache disk policy not recording into the database
Key: CLOUDSTACK-7695
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-7695
Project: CloudStack
Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public (Anyone can view this level - this is the default.)
Components: Management Server
Affects Versions: 4.1.1
Environment: Centos 6.5 x86_64
hypervisor: kvm
Storage type: NFS
Reporter: Thierry Bernard
Fix For: 4.5.0
By generating a new instance with a new disk offerings (e.g. with writethrough cache feature) the vm's xml config file returns that the cache is "none".
I changed the entry in the database and it works well.
I think it is a bug in the UI by creating a new disk offerings.
