why did we fix it?
Hello guys,
sure we forked jstl for TCKs -
http://web.archiveorange.com/archive/v/KcmVYsVeGYSzYCIflF21
but wonder if anyone recall the issue?
real question is: can we move back to a not forked package.
Would be good to fix https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TOMEE-1066

I would suspect it's the issue pointed at bugzilla
(https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=27717) ?
It's actually pointed within the TOMEE-1066 ticket.
