[Issue 125868] AOO crashes if JRE (Java) is not installed (using help search or picture/makros)

Also happens on FreeBSD, but not on Linux.

I've fixed the writer/picture issue in #127165. The cause was an exception not
getting caught.

This one is a bit different. Still investigating.
