The web addresses setup in CASSANDRA-17748 don't seem to be accessible. The specific download sites are:
* [https://redhat.cassandra.apache.org/]
* [https://debian.cassandra.apache.org|https://debian.cassandra.apache.org/]
They were definitely working on the 16th of August (when I last ran a test installation) but have been failing since at least 2022-08-22T07:24Z and are still failing now.
Attempting to access the raw [https://redhat.cassandra.apache.org/] results in a connection timeout, but accessing the underlying [https://apache.jfrog.io/ui/native/cassandra-rpm] works OK.
These affected web addresses are also referred to in the installation documentation at:
