uima-as command line scripts for setting up deployments

A user asked me for pointers to the sample scripts and associated documentation
that shows how to setup UIMA-AS pipelines, launch a broker, establish the right
queues, etc.

Are these scripts (right now) only talked about in the "README" for UIMA-AS?  Or
are there other sample codes, etc., elsewhere?  I wasn't sure where to point
them to...

Do we document "best practices" for this, as well, somewhere?
