[I] [C++][Compute] Support comparison kernels for mixed StringView/BinaryView and standard Binary/String types [arrow]
Jay846 opened a new issue, #50995:
URL: https://github.com/apache/arrow/issues/50995
### Describe the enhancement requested
### Description
Comparing `StringView`/`BinaryView` arrays against standard offset-based `String`/`Binary` (and their `Large` counterparts) results in an `ArrowNotImplementedError` due to a lack of type resolution for mixed view/offset inputs.
This enhancement updates `CommonBinary` type promotion logic in `codegen_internal.cc` to correctly recognize `Type::STRING_VIEW` and `Type::BINARY_VIEW`, enabling type resolution and comparison dispatches across mixed view and standard offset-based string/binary inputs.
