What kind of means (functionality) do the products of those 2 companies provide?

Given that there are many solutions for authentication and authorisation, I find it hard to believe that for each solution something specific is integrated.

Maybe we should look at some of the other products under the umbrella of the ASF and find out what they can bring to the table.
