if you are willing to get your hands dirty here, you can check out 
https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/infrastructure/buildbot/aegis/buildmaster/master1/projects/tserver.conf

wipe it, and incorporate the CMS steps from
https://svn.apache.org/repos/infra/infrastructure/buildbot/aegis/buildmaster/master1/projects/tomee.conf

and replace tserver.conf with this CMS conf.
That way we just need to enable tserver.conf in the buildbot and it should just work.
