DList and ODMG Performance

Hi Thomas,

I changed the DList implementation to acquire identifiers as late as possible (because in a lot of cases, they aren't even needed), this resulted in a massive speedup of ODMG, but also had the added side effect of making the ODMG not work with PersistentFieldDefaultImpl since there is no accessor to hook into.

I wish there was some way to always call "init()" or something like it on ODMG collection before it was used to force it to go get the ID's it needs, but I'm not sure if that would "break" the ODMG compatability.
