In revision 1394012 I disabled the check for protected items. We cannot just prohibit
changes of protected properties in general. Instead we must implement validators
the check the semantics of the protected items. E.g. the value of the protected
jcr:uuid must be unique. Changing mixin types must perform re-validation of
all properties even though when they are not modified, etc.
