This provider provides to additional features on top of HTTP provider: {{MKCOL}} and {{MultiStatus}} for file listing. Make collection can done by the HTTP provider if it knows that target is WebDAV, file listing will be dropped for now until someone will use a simple XML parser to get data out of it.

We are deprecating this provider to be removed in 4.0.0 and folded partially into HTTP provider.
