Confluence documentation updates

Hi everyone,

just wanted to share that I've created a basic contribution guide on our
confluence, available here
<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/ARIATOSCA/Contributing+to+ARIA>.
I've also modified some of the existing pages somewhat to accommodate it.
Let me know if you have any comments.
