ODE 1.3.4 release?

Hi team,

It has been a while since 1.3.3 release, and we've fixed a bunch of bugs,
also added a maven build etc..
I think it is time for us to get the 1.3.4 release out of door.

what do you guys think?

+1 from me, it will be a bugfix release.
Additionally, it would be good to deploy OSGi bundle for SMX4 into
https://repository.apache.org/.
I think we should go for it with maven build.

I can't agree more. I have still one issue pending. I'm closing this by
this week, then we can cut a release.
