start a Docker container from Netbeans

Hi all.
I would run a  Docker container from netbeans
Please some of you can please explain me what signify the 2 option; :

-keep STDIN open even if not attached
- Allocate a pseudo TTY

into docker what signify this 2 options?

i know -it signify  interactive.
but when i have to check the 2 option or the first or the second?
