Tomcat 4.1 - jndi.properties

Hi,

         Anyone could tell me where should I place the jndi.properties 
file so that my application can access the right naming server ? I've 
tried $TOMCAT_HOME/common/classes , WEB-INF/classes , 
WEB-INF/classes/lib and none of them worked.
        Still, is there a way to change the default naming server 
provided by tomcat ?
