Resolution: Fixed
I have applied the appropriate fix to this now, during a different rewrite-the-stuff session. Should be "[reponame] Git Push Summary" in the subject.

> Hi,
> This is a follow up of INFRA-8584, the title of the notifications for git tags doesn't contain the name of the project. commons-math was recently tagged (MATH_3_4_RC1) and we received a mail titled "Git Push Summary", it should have been "[math] Git Push Summary". As a bonus if the title could mention the updated tags that would be great.
> Thank you
