[jira] [Commented] (WHIMSY-324) Board agenda should parameterize the meeting teleconference details

Sebb commented on WHIMSY-324:
-----------------------------

The canonical way to do this is to encrypt the file in Puppet, which can provide the decrypted file to the target host.

However this is awkward to maintain.

An alternative might be to wait until the move to Whimsy-vm5 which is defined in the private Puppet6 repository.

> The current board agenda is generated from an .erb template which hard codes the teleconference details for the meeting. These details are sensitive and should be stored in a more secure place, and the board agenda template should be updated likewise to use that file when creating a month's agenda file initially.
> Subsequently, the password for the Zoom meeting room should be changed.
