OpenOffice 4.1.1 translation and dictionary updates: 2 weeks left

The translation deadline for OpenOffice 4.1.1 is set to July 18.

Please make sure that by that time you not only make the necessary
updates, but also open the relevant issues (or send a note here to the
l10n list). Tip: you can clone an existing issue in Bugzilla with the
link at the bottom of the issue page when you are logged in.

1) New languages: if your language is not released in 4.1.0
http://www.openoffice.org/download/other.html but is at 100% in Pootle
https://translate.apache.org/projects/aoo40/ then open an issue to add
it. You can clone https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125204
and modify the relevant values (when possible; not all languages are
there, but we can deal with it).

2) Updated translations: no new strings were added since OpenOffice
4.0.0. So if your language is released in 4.0.0, 4.0.1 or 4.1.0 it will
be released in 4.1.1 too. But, if you made corrections to your
translation, you need to request that it is imported in 4.1.1. You can
clone https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125130 and modify
the relevant values; please state in the issue body if your language is
ready to be imported already, meaning that you are no longer updating it.

3) New dictionaries: at
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/openoffice/trunk/main/extensions.lst?view=markup
you can see if we are bundling a dictionary for your language. You can
add a dictionary provided that it is hosted on our Extensions site,
http://extensions.openoffice.org/ ; open an issue like
https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=124212 adapting the
relevant fields.

4) Update an existing dictionary: same as above, but specify the version
we should download and include.

This time I'm CCing translators of languages that are not very far from
completion in Pootle or that have recent activity, but future
announcements will be sent to the list only. So do subscribe to the
mailing list if you want to receive announcements: send an empty e-mail
message to l10n-subscribe@openoffice.apache.org and respond to the
confirmation request you will receive.

Regards,
   Andrea.

Q. Do we need to open a separate issue for an Help translation update, or
would Juergen update both UI & Help translation at once if aoo40
translation was marked as blocker? And, what if Help isn't 100% done (e.g.
Hebrew Help translation has improved, but still far from 100%).
