RAT report: jmeter.fb remove ou update? notes_on_extending.txt add AL header?

Hello,

 From JMeter RAT report:
http://ci.apache.org/projects/jmeter/rat-output.html

The files without AL header section:
- jmeter.fb
- notes_on_extending.txt

The file extras/jmeter.fb is needed ? perhaps, doing remove it or update it?

Add a Apache Licence header to notes_on_extending.txt?
