The change was added 3 days ago (https://github.com/apache/infrastructure-puppet/commit/95965ad132551fd2888b277ca213c63c9011b561 ) but for some reason, the svnwcsub daemon never noticed the change.
I have reloaded the daemon and ignite now shows up under https://www.apache.org/dist/ignite/ and should start appearing back on the mirrors (and archive.a.o) within the day.
