Blocked system-critical thread has been detected

Hi,

After 2 server nodes have been running for a period of time, a large 
number of blocking logs appear. Finally, one node fails, and the 
attachment is a complete log. What is the cause of node failure?

ignite-server-34251.log is crash node log.
