This (and 10060) don't seem to create any new issues.

I've opened an issue for one failure seen testing this; however, I believe this behavior exists for MVs prior to the patch. The issue is available here and I'll rerun the test (MVs with decommissions and node crashes) following the resolution of that issue:  https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-10068
