Struts with WebLogic 5.1?

I am attempting to deploy the Struts example WAR on WebLogic Server 5.1. I
have deployed the Struts documentation and test WAR's fine, but have not
been able to get the example running.

I get the same error as is described in the INSTALL file for the Orion
Application Server.  However, the fix that is suggested for Orion does not
appear to be applicable to WebLogic.

Has anyone been working with Struts and Weblogic that could give me
pointers?
