Namespace nodes not explicitly declared in a context node
In Xalan-J 1.0.1 XPath processing, namespace nodes not explicitly
declared in a context node are not selected.
For example,
-------------------------------- doc-a.xml
<root xmlns:foo="urn:foo">
<child xmlns:bar="urn:bar"/>
</root>
--------------------------------
As applying an expression "/root/child/namespace::*", the XPath
engine in Xalan-J outputs a node-set consisted of one namespace
node (Attr):
o xmlns:bar="urn:bar"
But the result of this should be a node-set consisted of three
namespace nodes:
o xmlns:bar="urn:bar"
o xmlns:foo="urn:foo"
o xmlns:xml="http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace"
See http://www.w3.org/TR/1999/REC-xpath-19991116#namespace-nodes
It seems this problem is solved by modifying
org.apache.xalan.xpath.SimpleNodeLocator.findNamespace().
