It looks like someone recently updated the repository for openjpa-lib (according to http://vmbuild.apache.org:8080/continuum/servlet/continuum/target/View.vm/fid/maven2Project/id/81 ), but the others are still failing because they still have the old incubator repository set (like openjpa-kernel: http://vmbuild.apache.org:8080/continuum/servlet/continuum/target/View.vm/fid/maven2Project/id/82 ).
