Individual contributor licence agreement

I've been waiting to contribute some code for Log4j 1.3 and was told to
send a signed a ICLA document. I faxed and later snail-mailed my ICLA
(http://www.apache.org/licenses/icla.txt) but haven't heard back. I e-
mailed human-response@Apache.Org and haven't head back.

Is there a phone number I might call Apache at (send privately)? Or,
can anybody out there help me out?

Thank you!

I updated the patch in the bug

http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=24159

You may wish to review it in pieces.

I'm good with it and could take a pass at it if you'd like to me.
Elias has definitely waited long enough.

Yep. Thanks, Curt.

So, we had talked about putting Elias' new stuff in the sandbox. Are
we still good with that as a start?

The page is http://people.apache.org/~jim/committers.html. Elias
Ross is listed in the Unlisted CLA section, so it looks like
everything is in order.

Elias,

Sometimes the feedback about the submitted license is not great, but
if you faxed it in, I'm sure Jim (ASF Secretary) has processed it.
There is a page where one can see if the license has been received. I
can't seem to find the web link to it, but it I can look it up in a
svn repo when I get home this evening. Maybe someone can locate the
generated web page and send the link before then.

In any case, we'll get it cleared up so we can get your contributions moving.
