[jira] [Created] (GEODE-1041) gfsh 'start server' command erroneously shown as 'server start' in the user guide

Dave Barnes created GEODE-1041:
----------------------------------

Summary: gfsh 'start server' command erroneously shown as 'server start' in the user guide
                 Key: GEODE-1041
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GEODE-1041
             Project: Geode
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: docs
            Reporter: Dave Barnes

In the user guide there are some places where 'server start' appears incorrectly as a gfsh command in place of the correct 'start server'.
I searched the PDF for 'gfsh server start' and found 3 occurrences:
1. under "Configuring and Running a Cluster" > "Changing the File Specifications"
2 & 3 under "Managing Apache Geode" > "Disk Storage" > "Starting and Shutting Down a System with Disk Stores" > "Starting a System" in the 'ssh' example.

Another search, for 'server start command' yields 2 hits, one of which is just a heading and doesn't need correction. The bad instance is under "Cluster Configuration Files and Troubleshooting" > "Troubleshooting Tips".
