[jira] [Commented] (SOLR-12937) ChildDocTransformer should have sort and start param

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-12937?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16668018#comment-16668018 ]

David Smiley commented on SOLR-12937:
-------------------------------------

I could see this being useful for a trivially flat set of child docs.  For nested docs, I'm not sure how paging params ought to be interpreted (recursively at each level) and if it'd be useful.  Did you have something in mind?

> Users should be able to pass sort and start params to ChildDocTransformer so they can use cursors for nested queries.
