[PR] Workaround the problem with flit not excluding ignored files [airflow]

   When `--format wheel` is used with `flit`, flit does not exclude .gitignored files when preparing .whl file. This caused balooing in the size of the fab provider when only wheel file has been built.
   
   This PR workarounds it by running both and removing the .sdist after it has been built.
   
   The issue is reported to flit:https://github.com/pypa/flit/issues/743
