* 23.vector.stdcxx-611.cpp: Avoided calling the test function
in a compile-only test.
STDCXX-652
* 23.vector.stdcxx-611.cpp: Explicitly initialized a const
array of objects of user-defined type with no default ctor
to avoid compiler errors.
