currentTimeMillis to UnisgnedInt

Hello,

I have the problem, that I have to convert the long value provided by 
Calendar.getInstance().getTimeInMillis() into the 
org.apache.axis2.databinding.types.UnsignedInt type.

But if I do that, I always obtain numberformat exceptions...
Does anyone know how to work around this problem?
