[PATCH] Initial Win32 Multicast support

Suprisingly simple patch after all. Not extensively tested, but compiles
and allows me to send/recieve packets, on my Machine.

The second patch fixed that, the unix/multicast.c file works fine,
the Multicast API used is actually portable to Win32 :)
