remoteapp not working, blackscreen

Hi,

i have done the setup everything correctly, all libs are in place,RDP working normally, when i define remoteapp, it just load black screen , i tried to run xfreerdp remoteapp from terminal and the app remotly started, but using guacamole remoteapp in rdp connections setting i get only blackscreen,
how to diagnose it or get error entires, i coudnlt find anything in tomcat9 log folder
os ubunut 18.04

remoteapp is publish correclty and working via rdp profile

disabled NTL authentication with regedit, allow remote app list nothing changes

How are you specifying the RemoteApp in the Guacamole connection properties?
