service tomcat4 start script still valid with 4.1.12?

Hi,

I have been using "apachectl start" while trying to get Apache and
Tomcat4.1.12 to play together. But when I get that sorted does the tomcat4
script I used with Tomcat 4.0.4 in /etc/init.d still work for 4.1.12?

What I what is for it to start before Apache 2.0.42 starts and when shutting
down for it to stop before Apache does, what is the best way to achieve
this?
