trunk tinderbox problem and ibm 10.4 test issue

It looks to me like the trunk tinderbox run has either stopped running,
or at least I can't see any results since 7/14. Other tinderbox runs
seem fine.

The last one I see is 964039, but there have at least been:

Also the ibm 10.4 test results look like there is a formatting error
in the report causing multiple reports of the same day.

I fixed up these reports; there was trouble related to a newer version
of one of the jvms that caused this. I think I fixed that too.

It's back up and running now. No failures were reported in the latest
run.

It looks like there's some kind of disk issue on the machine that runs
the tinderbox test. The cron job has been stuck in a mkdir command for
days. I've reported the problem to the people responsible for the
machine.
