Do you get this problem when php is not included in the server?  If not,
please report this problem to the php bug database available under
http://www.php.net.

Also see the debugging instructions at 
http://httpd.apache.org/dev/debugging.html
since neither we nor the php developers can do much to help
without at least a backtrace.
