The link to the manning publications affiliate website is wrong. It points to the login page.

The bitly redirect on the page http://bit.ly/2je6cQ 
points to http://manning.postaffiliatepro.com/affiliates/index.php?id=1063_140

Which presents the login page of the manning affiliates program.
