mailing list not accepting subscriptions

Attempting to move my endpoint mailbox to a new address I subscribed to 
rivet-dev from the this new address but my request went ignored. I made 
2 attempts, the first on

rivet-dev-subscribe@tcl.apache.org

as the mailing list archives pages point out. The second on

rivet-dev-subscribe@apache.org (as the ASF mailing list pages suggest).

After several hours I had no answer.

I opened a ticket on Jira
