"CCLabel" Task for Clearcase

Hi,
   I've created a "CCLabel" as a custom task for the Clearcase Tool.
Herewith, I have attached the following files:
            1. CCLabel.java
            2. build.xml
            3. build.properties

I'd like to contribute this task to Jakarta if you think's it's
valuable,
but I want to make sure it is within your guidelines.
